DIY SPICE & HERB - FLAVORED SEA SALTS!
Have you ever thought that you can flavour your own salt with herbs and spices?
Can you imagine the taste?
Natural salt has the ability to absorb aroma and keep it, so what an amazing idea is to enrich it with flavor and scent!
Over time, the view was that salt is bad for the body and its consumption is related to hypertension and cardiovascular diseases.
However, according to modern studies, only the refined salt is closely linked to these diseases.
Refined salt is chemically treated and all its beneficial minerals have been removed. Furthermore, it has added elements that are totally inappropriate for our organism.
On the contrary, natural sea salt contains over 80 essential minerals for our body.
It is impossible for our immune system and our adrenal glands to function properly with salt deficiency.
Thus, natural sea salt is far from harmful for the body and its benefits are very important.
We need to realise that the difference between the two salts is huge, and we should not underestimate it.
Enough with the scientific talk though.
